First Stage: To Start and to start an undertaking (1979-1992) 

　　In 1979, founded P-aminophenetole workshop with annual output of 300 ton 
　　In 1980, shifted production of p-(o-) aminoanisole 
　　1982, founded factory nresearch institute, implement the tracing and analysis of products in whole process with Japan gas chromatograph. 
　　1983, signed the agreement with Japan trader to supply P-aminophenetole for long-term 
　　1988, introduced the reduction indigo project and found the indigo workshop with annual output of 25 ton 
　　1990, make technical reformation based on indigo, with annual output of 400 ton 

Second stage: To reform and readjust (1993-1998) 

　　1993, founded the Taifeng Company jointly invested with Hong Kong Dafeng Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. 
　　1994, established the second production line in Taifeng Company 
　　1996, established the third production line in Taifeng Company 
　　1997, established the fourth production line in Taifeng Company 
　　1995, enjoyed the right to run export 
　　1996, prepared and founded Jiangsu Zhongdan Chemical Export and Import Company 
　　1997, founded the Party Committee of Zhongda Group 
　　1998, Second sub-factory (the former of Ruitai company) of group company started to produce the series products of oxy-quinazine to fill in the gap in China 

Third stage: to develop and upgrade 

　　1999, founded the technical center as the production base of farm chemical intermediate 
　　2000, founded Ruitai Company jointly invested with Thailand ChaiTia 
　　2002, prepared and founded Zhonghui company with Taiwan Huey Chi Co., Ltd.
　　2003, Zhongdan Pharmacy Company laid a foundation and obtained the certificate of GMP in July of 2004 
　　2003, founded Zhongdan Medicine Research Institute 
　　2004, founded Jiangsu Special-purposed Chemicals Engineering Technical Research Center
